Hey there! I was just curious if I could use some of your pictures commercially? I sell my manipulations, when commissioned, at $5 each, so I do not make that much of a profit, and when I make premade ones I sell them at $1-3. I've never sold anything to a person who plays on any of those sites, most are for individuals who want pictures for their characters/proboards RPG sites. I did read the above comments between you and Lilian, but, you seemed a tad iffy on commercial purposes! Just wanted to ask where exactly you stood before I took those comments as hard evidence. (:
Hello I've been taking a look at some stock galleries, and I quite like your work What sort of credit would be needed if it were to be used as a drawing reference?(since your rules seem mostly geared toward manips ) Seeing as most of my work is commissioned, I'd rather not place it on the piece itself. The pictures would be used on chickensmoothie.com.
thanks. if they're drawings & commissioned i guess it'd be pretty hard lol. i'd rather them not be used for commissioned since i obviously do not get paid by the people who use the photos, but it'd be ok, might as well. if anyone asks, just let them know. or say it somewhere, somehow.
I could link them to the picture used if you'd like? it's not very serious work, most of it is done for children who want art of characters they write stories about. All of it stays on one site and the mods and admins there are pretty strict about crediting your resources, so asking the commissioners to link the picture back to you, or place a link somewhere shouldn't be a problem
Aw I feel guilty that I don't comment very much on your pictures I'm more of a lurker/reader, for some reason I don't comment that much on anyone's work. I'm trying to make a habit of doing it more, though, to become more active on Deviantart. I do really like your pictures, though, they're very beautiful and if I ever got back into manipulations I would definitely find use for them
I do have a request photo wise if you are able to get one.. I would love a "goofy" photo with full body and face. Anything that at first glance makes you go "omg, I cannot believe this" Hehe I am wanting to make a clowny type of horse but have yet to find a good reference for it.
