'There was a little accident....'

Today. More like huge.

My four year old gaited mare, Callie, died.
It's a long story; no one was at fault.
But for the short story, she was dead before she hit the ground.
(No, she is NOT a jumper. She reared.)

So, in memory of her, I'll probably be posting a "RIP" picture or something lame. It's a real shame. Glad I had life insurance.

(this post wasn't very clear on what happened:
she reared up, and flipped over, breaking her neck. it was probably the worst day of my entire life, so far. we think she had something going on in her brain, she hadn't been acting normal for awhile, and she worked kinda like she didn't want to anymore, and she ALWAYS loved working. there was an autopsy, but they didn't do any investigating. they only said her neck was broken, which was fairly obvious.)
